Richard H. Endres 

President

Mr. Endres founded The Washington Network in 1987 to design and implement office computer network systems to enhance office productivity.

Formerly he was Director of House Information Resources at the U.S. House of Representatives. With a staff of 288, he was responsible for the computer and telecommunications operation of the Congress. Rick was the primary architect of "Office 2000" which implemented state-of-the-art computer network/workgroup technology and Internet access in the 104th Congress.

Earlier he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce for Technology Policy. At the White House, he was Director of the President's Science and Technology Exchange Initiative. He was Director of Corporate Development for Transpace Carriers, Inc., a venture backed company formed to privatize NASA's Delta Rocket system.

Heather Crane

Vice President, Operations

As VP of operations, Ms. Crane's duties entail developing and implementing departmental strategies for client service, personnel and corporate administration.   

Ms. Crane joined The Washington Network in 2006 as a client advocate. She completed special training from the Technology Assurance Group to help clients get the most from their technology investment and The Washington Network.

Her focus on client service has given her keen insight into how clients can get the most from their current technology; how clients interact with new technologies; how to identify specific and unique needs and opportunities; and what options and solutions will best help clients meet their objectives.

Prior to joining The Washington Network, Ms. Crane provided member services for an international labor union. She holds a BA from American University.


John Greenwich

Director of Database Design and Software Development

John brings to bear 15 years experience in database modeling and the development of financial and workgroup management software solutions for clients of The Washington Network. John is a developer of IMPACT, TWN's database and workgroup solution for DC lobbying firms.

John specializes in building solutions that coordinate all or parts of contact management, group scheduling, accounting, and project management. Leading clients through a needs assessment process is his forte. Among his accomplishments are the development of a fund accounting application for the National Security Council, a customized account tracking program for the National Affordable Housing Management Association and a contact management system for Legg Mason.


Kate Heatherington

Chief Financial OfficerKate Heatheringon, CFO

As CFO, Kate not only watches numbers, but brings a deep understanding of the information technologies. She has years of experience in strategic planning, identifying business processes and streamlining operations.

Kate was a former project director for a member of the United States Senate. Prior to joining The Washington Network, she was associate vice president for a prominent Washington lobbying firm. Kate is a proud mother of two, and has been with The Washington Network since 1995.
